This document illustrates the group aliases on the department mail server. It provides a description of their functionality and underlying logic, but not the exact contents. For the contents, you may contact the department system administrator. People are encouraged to use Slack as an alternative communicate vehicle.

- gradcoord: the Graduate Coordinator of the department.
- ungrad.coord: the Undergraduate Coordinator of the department.
- ask: have an astronomy question and not sure where to direct it? Normally goes to one of the graduate student volunteers
